When you’ve finished applying this in the problematic areas, cover them with kitchen wrapping-paper and let them for 15 minutes. After that rinse out with cold water.

This is very simply and very effective at the same time. Mix 3 tablespoons of coarse salt with 4 tablespoons of olive or almond oil. The salt is to cleanse and smooth the skin, while the oil make it more elastic. Massage the areas for some minutes and rinse out with cold water.
